In our modern extrusion facility, we can fully impregnate ropes; partially impregnate; or just cover wire, strand and rope from 0.25mm to 90.0mm in diameters.

Covered Wire
Brush wires :- 0.25 - 0.80mm diameter. Tensile 2000n/mm2 (min).Carbon content 0.60 - 0.75% range. Bright Finish. Supplied on 20kg DIN250 Spools.
Garden Wire :- 4.00 - 7.00mm diameter. Low carbon steel. Shades of green at customers request.
Hose reinforcement wire :- 1.20 - 7.00mm diameter. Both low & high carbon steel. Colour at customers request.
Stationary Wires (Hanger Wire) :-0.70mm - 2.00mm diameter. Colours White & Black standard other colours on request. Supplied on Biconical spools.
